You can use this to track your eight cups per day. Or, decease you can even use the Half-Your-Weight method. (Take half your weight and divide by 8. Drink 8 cups with that many ounces. For example: if you weigh 160 pounds, half of that is 80. Divide that by 8 to get 10. Drink eight 10-ounces cups of water per day.)
