Here are two of my favorite ways to prepare Shakeology.
1. Basic chocolate milk. Use 1/2 cup of milk (unsweetened almond milk, cow’s milk, whatever you like), 1 cup of water, 1 scoop or packet of Chocolate Shakeology. Blend vigorously. This makes a smooth chocolate milk. Nothing fancy. Reminds me of the chocolate milk from little cardboard boxes when I was growing up.
2. Greenberry shake. Use 1/2 cup of pineapple juice (or 1 heaping tablespoon of frozen concentrate), 1 cup of water and crushed ice, 1 scoop or packet of Greenberry Shakeology. Blend vigorously. This drink is so refreshing! Add more crushed ice if you like it thicker.
